2024 Event Cancelation and Ticket Info
It is with a heavy heart that we have to report that due to permitting issues, Elsewhence has been postponed until 2025.
As many of you already know, the Elsewhence 2024 event has been cancelled. We are all disappointed to not be having the best little family reunion in Colorado this year. As the event is cancelled, we are offering two options: a full refund, or rolling your ticket over to next year. (This means you will not be getting a refund but a comped ticket to next year's event.)
-------
UPDATE 9-19
If you purchased a ticket and it was transferred to you, you have the same options (as below). Rollover does not require any action. But for the refund, the process is different. Please email elsewhencetickets@gmail.com with the name of the person you bought the ticket from, and your preferred PayPal email address for the refund. Please do this even if you have already emailed.

UPDATE 8-13
UPDATE: 8/13
Due to technical difficulties on our payment processor, refunds are being processed in batches.
We are working through it manually and will aim to do about a batch a week.
It may take more than a week for your money to get back to you, please hang tight.
Remember that you can roll your ticket forward to next year and do not have to refund at this time!
Please email elsewhencetickets@gmail.com for any pressing questions or concerns.
OPTION 1 - FULL REFUND - Request refund by the deadline (10/19/2024 at 11:59PM).
FIRST, log into your multipass account. THEN:
Go to https://www.multipass.com/mp/requestRefund and click "Request Refund." That's it!
The refund will have to be approved, but ticketing will be doing that weekly. PLEASE request a refund if you a LEAD, you will receive a new code next year. If you are a volunteer, unless you ask for a refund, your ticket will be automatically rolled over.
OPTION 2 - TICKET ROLLOVER - No action required
If you would like to roll over your ticket to next year, you simply have to wait, anyone who does not request a refund BY THE DEADLINE (10/19/2024 at 11:59PM) will have their ticket automatically rolled over for Elsewhence 2025! This means your ticket will be comped and you won't have to do anything to get it!
Please note that if you have tickets that have been transferred, the reimbursement process for them is a bit more complicated on our end than anticipated but we will get them sorted in the next few weeks.
If you have any questions, please reach out to elsewhencetickets@gmail.com. Thanks fam, much love, and we'll miss you until next year!

update August 12th:
Hello denizens of Elsewhence, here are some updates on the ticket refund process:
1. TRANSFERS Tickets that have been transferred are not yet refundable. We are working on putting a system in place to make that happen. The ETA for that system is as of yet unknown. If you are holding a transferred ticket and want a refund vs rolling your ticket over, please be patient with us. If you have any questions, please email elsewhencetickets@gmail.com.
2. LEAD ROLLOVERS We are all good to roll any tickets over that you want, including general tickets, volunteer tickets, etc., EXCLUDING lead tickets. Those cannot be rolled over and a new code will be issued for those tickets next year. PLEASE request a refund, as I won't chase you down for it, and if you forego the refund, you will need to buy a new ticket with your new code next year. If you have questions, please email elsewhencetickets@gmail.com. If you have complaints, request your refund anyway. Thanks much.
3. MULTIPASS We have used some unfavorable ticket vendors, but now we proudly use Multipass. Our experience with Multipass as a ticket vendor has been amazing. They are very busy helping us with all kinds of issues, in addition to other clients, etc. Please with any issues email elsewhencetickets@gmail.com rather than contacting Multipass, they cannot do anything on their end either.
Please email elsewhencetickets@gmail.com for any questions or concerns
