Good afternoon volunteers!

Elsewhence is fast approaching and DPW NEEDS YOU!

It’s time to get ready for work weekend (WW) and event volunteer shifts. Go to the website
https://volunteer.elsewhence.com and sign up. Please be aware there are sign up’s for both
work weekend shifts and event shifts. Make sure you are on the right sign up sheet.

We need a group to come up for WW sat 9/12 in the morning and work through the day (thank
you to all of you that have already signed up). We will also have a little need Sunday 9/13. But if
you plan on showing up Sun afternoon, there isn’t a lot left by then. Staying the night Saturday
is absolutely an option. Please make sure you are signed up or have spoken with Special
(Rachael) at elsewhence2@gmail.com who is the primary gate contact or myself (Sascha)
DPWelsewhence@gmail.com to make sure you are on “the list” so you can be on site WW or
stay overnight.

There will be no infrastructure or support i.e. water, food, shelter, so please come out prepared
to be self sufficient I will have some water and Gatorade for work crews and will try to get a
fluffer on line. There should be port-o-pities, but come prepared just in case.

We are allowing theme/sound camps to bring crews up on WW to set up and mark camp sites.
ALL THEME/SOUND CAMPS MUST REGISTER PRIOR TO WW. If you aren’t registered you
won’t be allowed to set up or stay. Please direct any questions to Truly.

The plan will be to have the gate open 3PM to 8PM on Friday, 10AM to 6PM on Saturday and
10AM to 2PM on Sunday. Everyone needs to be off site by 7PM on Sunday.

Please note, Fri. night entry is for DPW only. Theme/sound camps are welcome to come out
Sat morning.

Also, all placed camps (and art) MUST send a representative to Work Weekend to secure their Placement.
