Elsewhence Gate Policy 2026
This policy outlines the procedures for vehicle and participant entry for Elsewhence. All participants must adhere to these rules for a smooth, safe, and (hopefully) painless experience.
If anyone is found to be incapable of following the policy outlined below, or is found to be driving recklessly creating an immediate danger to themselves or others, they will be referred to the Event Leads to decide their future fate around their involvement in Elsewhence. You also accept the risk of having your vehicle towed to an unknown location or by the local Sheriff, resulting in high fees.

-
NOTE: Parking on the road outside of the physical gate on Wellington Lake Road/County Road 68 is PROHIBITED. Rangers will be patrolling the perimeter and checking for vehicles. The Sheriff will be contacted and you WILL be TOWED and responsible for the high fees accrued.
-
-
-
Speed Limit: A strict speed limit of 2.5 mph must be observed within all event and parking areas.
-
Parking Attendants: In partnership with the Parking Lead and team, volunteers will direct you to an available parking space. Please park only in the designated areas and follow the instructions of Event Leads and volunteers to ensure efficient traffic flow. Once you have completed the Gate entry process, you will be able to repark your car where you intend to camp.
-
No Re-entry: Vehicles are not permitted to exit and re-enter the event grounds once parked, with very few exceptions made. This is to maintain security and manage traffic. In the case of an emergency, where a participant must leave the event early, please contact the Gate Lead and Event Leads to discuss your options.
-
Accessibility: Accessible parking is available near the main Gate carport. A valid, government-issued handicap placard or license plate is required to use these spaces.
2. Participant Entry and Ticketing
-
Gate Carport Area: After being instructed by Gate and Parking volunteers on where to park your vehicle nearby, proceed on foot to the designated Gate Carport Area for ticketing, wristband, and parking pass distribution.
-
Ticketing: You must have your valid government issued ID (i.e. Identification card, Driver’s License, Visa, Green Card, Foreign ID, and/or Passport) and Multipass ticket printout. Gate volunteers will verify your ticket and provide you with a wristband.
-
Waivers: All participants must read and fill out an Elsewhence event waiver prior to entering the event and receiving their wristband. Waivers can be obtained in the designated Gate Carport Area.
-
Wristbands: A wristband is considered your official pass to the event. It must be worn on the wrist of your non-dominant hand at all times. If you absolutely cannot have the wristband on your wrist, please make it as visible as possible on your person for our Event Leads and Rangers. Do not remove, tamper with, or transfer your wristband. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced, and you may be required to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
-
Tiny Human Wristbands: All minors (0-17.99 years) of age must be accompanied by an adult to attend Elsewhence. Anyone under 21 must also be accompanied by someone 21 years old or older who will sponsor them and that sponsor must have a ticket to gain access to the Event. As a sponsor you accept personal responsibility for this individual and will act as an “adult guardian” of sorts to the younger individual wishing to attend Elsewhence.
-
-
Temporary Parking Passes: Only temporary 2 hour parking passes will be given at the Gate carport. Any specialized theme camp parking passes will be allocated by Truly and Placement.
-
Any vehicles who fail to follow these guidelines will result in your car being towed to an unknown location, resulting in costly fees. Vehicles parked down on County Road 68 will be towed by the Sheriff's office.
-
-

-
Feathers, glitter, and sequins get their own special section of NOPE. If you don’t want to clean it up when it blows away in the wind, why would we? Leave it at home.
