Registration for 2025 is as follows:

Art and Theme Camp registrations close on August 8th.
General Event registration closes on Sept 5th.
*Large/placed Art and Theme camps need Placement Registration as well,
email the following information to Truly.
Provide:

Name of Lead (burner and legal)

Name of Art piece/ Camp

Short Description for placement, including content rating (not for WWWW)

Camp area space needs based on areas/structures (not wants - describe structures)

Dimensions (of art and structures/support camping)

Number of campers and area of private structures (if applicable)

Names of related Camp/Art if both are occupying the same space

Places you want to be placed or groups/things you want to be near?

Places you don't want to be placed or groups/things you want distance from?

Bringing sound/what type? (none, ambient, medium, or as loud as is permitted)

*Please note that there are only 2 support vehicles guaranteed per theme camp/art support camp:
most vehicles need to unload in camp and re-park in the parking area.
All Theme camps and large/time intensive art must send someone to Work Weekend to secure Placement request.
All Theme Camps should have a plan for who in their camp is managing:
Work Weekend participation
Build/Strike
LNT/Moop sweeps
Interactivity
