Ticket Transfer info:

Online ticket transfers via Multipass must be completed no later than 8pm MST on Tues Sept 16th.

​

Note that a transfer must be initiated from the original purchaser via Multipass AND must be accepted by the buyer. This entire process must be completed by the deadline above.

​

Tickets may still be sold and bought after that, but the buyer will need:

1) A text, email, or other written verification authorizing the transfer, and

2) A photo of the seller's ID to authenticate their identity (DOB, SSN, and other PII may be redacted from said image)

If you are getting your ticket rolled over, it will appear back in your Multipass account and you will get an email.

Need to transfer a ticket? See below! 

 

ALL ticket transfers and reserved-ticket purchases must be completed by

TIME TO BE DETERMIND (Probably around the 13th of Sept).
All ticket promo codes must be redeemed by this time as well. 

All transferred tickets must also be ACCEPTED by the above deadline, and you must have a Multipass.com account to ACCEPT a ticket transfer.

To TRANSFER a ticket:

• Log in to your Multipass account, click on My Tickets, then click TRANSFER TICKETS

• Select Elsewhence 2025. Your purchased ticket(s) should appear

• Enter the recipient's email address and a note worded as follows: "hey, please be sure to accept this transfer or the ticket will not be in your name"

• Use the checkboxes on the right to select the ticket(s) that you want to transfer

• Click INITIATE TRANSFER

To ACCEPT a ticket transfer:

• Look for an an email from Multipass.com

• Log in to Multipass.com or create an account if you do not have one
• Click on My Tickets, then TICKET TRANSFERS, then PENDING TRANSFERS
• Under the Inbound Transfers area, click on View
• Click ACCEPT TRANSFER

Again, please note that ticket transfers are not complete until the new recipient creates a Multipass.com account and ACCEPTS your transfer. If you do not ACCEPT the transfer by the above deadline, you will not have a ticket to the event and you will be denied entry.​
